Chuck Rau
Chuck Rau is 401kLoans' Chief Executive Officer. He brings over 25 years of experience serving the lending documentation and compliance marketplace in the financial services industry, with 7 years of direct involvement in the retirement plan services market. Chuck was responsible for IRA documentation, training, and administration, as well as Qualified Plan administration and recordkeeping. Chuck's experience comes from several positions held throughout his tenure with Bankers Systems, Inc., including Vice President of Retirement Plan Services and Operations, Vice President of Solutions Management, and Executive Director of Operations. As a member of the executive team, Chuck was involved in all aspects of corporate directions including strategic planning, sales, marketing, product development, operations, and fulfillment. Chuck is known by his colleagues as a collaborative leader who is very much focused on understanding customers' needs and bringing value to their operations.
Chuck is a graduate of St. John's University, Collegeville, Minnesota, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. |

Scott Warzecha
Mr. Warzecha is 401kLoans Chief Information Officer. His is also the founder and CEO of Netgain Technology, a regional leader in creating and maintaining host integrated, e-business software solutions. Netgain served as 401kLoans development partner in building the Loan Origination and Documentation Software and is the ASP responsible for maintaining and hosting it.
Prior to founding Netgain Technology, Mr. Warzecha served as an advanced technology consultant with a large Minnesota-based VAR. He worked closely with his clients to design and implement advanced technology solutions. He has provided technology solutions to many of the largest, regional companies including, Bremer Financial Services, Kraft General Foods, Woodcraft Industries, Stearns Manufacturing, CentraCare Medical Center, International Paper, Quebecor Printing, and now 401kLoans. Mr. Warzechas colleagues characterize him as being an honest, knowledgeable, creative achiever.
Mr. Warzecha earned his undergraduate degree from Concordia College in St. Paul, Minnesota with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing/Management.

Deanna
C. Hennen
Deanna C. Hennen serves 401kLoans
as a paralegal. She has a consumer
lending background from her previous
employment with Bankers Systems, Inc.
and a regional bank. She also has
investment experience from her work
with an accounting firm. Ms. Hennen
earned her B.A. degree in Paralegal
Studies from St. Mary-of-the-Woods
College in Indiana. |

Whitney Johnson, Esq.
Whitney Johnson provides legal services to 401kLoans. He brings over 16 years
of legal experience in the areas of ERISA, retirement plans, banking,
and lending law. Whitney served as Director of Retirement Plan Services
at Bankers Systems, Inc. and spent 14 years at Bankers Systems in a variety
of roles supporting Retirement Plans and other banking compliance solutions.
His experience includes drafting prototype plan documents, reviewing
documents for compliance, working with regulatory agencies on compliance
resolutions and providing legal support to a department of over 90 retirement
plan employees. He is the author of numerous articles and two books in
the retirement area: IRA Answer Book, 5th Edition (2000), Panel Publishers
(also other editions) and IRA Answer Book: Special Supplement on Roth
IRAs (1998). Furthering Whitney’s experience, he served as an appointed
member to IRPAC representing the retirement community. IRPAC appoints
members to represent various industries and sponsors 6 meetings per year
with formal papers presented twice per year. Whitney gives frequent presentations
in the retirement area and has spoken at national events for a number
of associations, including the American Bankers Association and The Independent
Community Bankers Association. Whitney also serves as an adjunct professor.
Whitney earned his J.D. at the
University of Minnesota and has
a Bachelor of Business Degree with
a Finance major from the University
of Wisconsin – Madison. |

Keith
H. Clark, Jr.
Keith has over 17 years of employee
benefits experience, and 5 years
of business strategy consulting.
Keiths employee benefits service
background includes recordkeeping
administration operations, trust
operations, mutual fund clearing,
plan design, investments, and trust
reporting.
Keith is a
frequent speaker and writer, and
was named one of the top 401(K)
consultants by Pension Management
Magazine in December of 1995. Before
starting DWC Consultants, Keith
was a principal in charge of the
investment advisory and employee
benefits practice at LarsonAllen,
Midwest Defined Contribution Line
of Business Leader for Coopers &
Lybrand, Officer at Bankers Trust,
and a recordkeeping administrator
with Hewitt Associates.
As a popular
speaker and writer, Keith is known
for his entertaining and direct
approach to the major topics in
the industry. He is the author of
the book, The Defined Contribution
Handbook, a Guide for Service Providers
and Advisors.
Keiths
holds a Masters of Business Administration
from Auburn University and a Bachelor
of Science in Economics from the
University of Minnesota.
In his free time, Keith enjoys running,
reading, teaching, coaching, golf,
and the theatre.

Richard
A. Hochman
Mr. Hochman is President and COO
of the McKay Hochman Co., Inc.,
an employee benefits consulting
firm. He supervises a team of attorneys
and consultants in the design, drafting,
and support of prototype and custom
documents for financial institutions,
brokerage firms, insurance companies,
pension consultants, and individual
plan sponsors. Additionally, he
regularly participates as an instructor
in continuing education programs
sponsored by the firm around the
country, and in specialized on-site
programs at client locations. He
has also spoken at a variety of
pension industry forums including
the Enrolled Actuaries Meeting (EA),
various American Society of Pension
Actuaries (ASPA) conferences, National
Institute of Pension Administrators
(NIPA) conferences and chapter meetings,
the Federal Financial Institutions
Examination Council (FFIEC) training
meetings, the Creative Pension and
Benefits Seminar sponsored by the
Ohio State University College of
Law, and numerous state banking
association meetings.
Mr. Hochman
has provided written commentary
and testimony in Washington, D.C.
on regulatory issues on matters
relating to qualified retirement
plans on behalf of clients.
He earned a
B.A. degree in Political Science,
a B.S. degree in Business Administration,
as well as Master of Business Administration
and Juris Doctor degrees from the
State University of New York at
Buffalo. His undergraduate degrees
were awarded in 1975 while his graduate
degrees were awarded in1979.

W. Andrew
Larson, CPC
Mr. Larson is the Dean of the PLANSPONSORinstitute.
Mr. Larsons 23 years in the
benefits industry includes 21 years
with Universal Pensions, Inc. and
two years with BISYS. He is a frequent
lecturer on retirement and benefits
related topics and has conducted
over 400 presentations nationally
to groups including the AICPA and
various banking and trust associations.
He oversaw the development of Universal
Pensions, Inc. recordkeeping and
client services divisions, the education
and consulting division and launched
the UPI Corporate University and
certification programs. He has also
been extensively involved with retirement
product design and advanced sales
support. He is the author of The
403(b) Administration Manual
and has contributed articles to
various industry periodicals and
newsletters. He has served as an
adjunct professor for the Minnesota
Central Lakes College system and
provides expert witness services
on various industry topics. He is
a graduate of the University of
St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota
and received his Certified Pension
Consultant designation from the
American Society of Pension Actuaries
in 1992.
